R & D

We have got R& D facilities with a good pilot plant. In the R & D section, we develop new applications for Agar Agar, new products, as well as device different ways of improving the production process for better yields and better quality, etc. We, at first, try all new ideas at our Lab and if it is found feasible, we will do it in some what commercial scale in our pilot plant. This study of pilot plant is carried out number of times and after confirming, we give the process for commercial production. Our Pilot Plant has a large number of equipment and machines such as :

• Plate and frame filter
• High pressure hydraulic press
• Stainless steel tray drier
• Water still for distilled water

Research and Development (R&D) is the core focus of the company. The company has an advanced R&D department with a pilot plant where all new products are processed and tested before large scale commercial production. The R&D division has developed new applications and improved production processes for better yield and quality which have become norms for the industry. Since its inception, the company has a clear objective to setup one of the world's finest R&D divisions for the Agar Agar industry.
